Sustaining Curricula: Multidisciplinary Faculty Dialogues for Ecological and Pedagogical Renewal

Abstract Sustaining Curricula 2021 was a series of four interdisciplinary faculty panels at Barnard College that took place virtually in the Spring semester. Barnard’s Center for Engaged Pedagogy (CEP) planned this with Office Sustainability and Climate Action to encourage professors integrate climate action, sustainability, environment into their courses authentic, inclusive, justice-oriented ways cultivate culture pedagogical exchange collaboration. This chapter introduces major themes each panel highlights contributions members ongoing dialogues discourses on ecological renewal sustainability education across curriculum.
